You will be contacted once your appointment is made and your payment is complete in order to confirm dates and times. If the date or time does not work for Mike Visual, you will either be issued an immediate refund or contacted to come to an agreeable date and time. The "Due Prior to Shoot" fee is due 24 hours prior to your shoot or upon arrival if the booking falls within a 24-hour period. The $75 booking fee is otherwise non-refundable as it removes the opportunity for Mike Visual to fill that date and time slot. All images are provided post-photoshoot via a download link where a request for editing or retouching can be made and agreed upon separately.
